NDIS Physiotherapy Provider
We are proud to be registered as a National Disability Insurance Scheme Provider.
We work with planners and private clients under NDIS to build skills and capability so people with disabilities can be an active participant in the community.
Our team of physiotherapists have extensive experience working with a wide range of disabilities and conditions, preparing treatment plans and engaging with other medical professionals to ensure patients get the best results.
How do I access physiotherapy services under the NDIS at Back on Track?
- Get in touch with us: We’ll chat about your disability and define your goals.
- Register: You’ll be required to fill out a registration form and outline how you would like your plan to be managed.
- Book your first appointment: You’ll see your preferred physiotherapist and work together on setting your long-term goals. We’ll design a plan to provide the best treatment for you.
- Service agreement and record keeping: We’ll work side-by-side to provide full transparency about the scope of physiotherapy services you’ll require.
- Get started: Your sessions will commence and your physiotherapist will fully support you in achieving your goals. Sessions are bulk billed.
